Suggestions for Sage Mode

I thought it would be a nice idea to have Sage Mode be attainable for any clan. It would be a secret and require mastery. After completing the reqs you are able to get Sage Mode and pick which you want it based on (Frog or Snake). Hashirama's would be exclusive to Senju Clan. Each Sage Mode gives the same boosts they will just look different. Also, you will be able to use a clone to gather Natural Energy and once you "Kill" them after they have gathered enough you will go into Sage Mode. Otherwise, you will have to stand still and if you move then you will lose concentration and have to gather Natural Energy all over again. Maybe nerfing Sage Mode and giving it a nice little cool down can make it worth getting and a bit cooler.
