Guild Name Bug / Possible Leader Challenge Bug

It appears that even new guilds with one character in the name are too long. Seems to have broken guild creation, at least for me.

I am a member of an organization and it says my rank is too low to challenge. I don't know if it's giving me that due to stat requirements or because it is checking my "missing" rank but if I'm in an org, I can't have a rank I don't think.

That being said my stats do not meet the requirements to be a leader so that may be the reason.
